What should I prepare before a design discussion or site review?
List the rooms or built-in items you want to change, what should stay, and how the space needs to support daily use and storage. Include the location, current site photos and known problems, approximate area and a budget direction. Mark details you do not yet know rather than guessing.
If a site review is agreed, confirm who can provide access and whether building or landlord arrangements apply. Note the areas you want reviewed; dimensions and site conditions still need checking. Confirm the appointment, any applicable travel charge and the final scope separately. To prepare the items to compare in a quotation, read the renovation quotation checklist.
